President’s Message
2025 was a busy year for the cottage.
In terms of highlights, we were fortunate
to have Danish storyteller Marianne
Christensen join us for an evening to
enlighten us regarding the life of author
and folk-tale collector Helene Strange.
We had a great turnout of members for
the 90th anniversary parade and
celebration of the building of the
international cottages. This year we’ll
celebrate the 90th anniversary of the
House of Pacific Relations organization.
We celebrated several traditional Danish
holidays and finished the year with a
wonderful Christmas Party
